Mr. Moa Ao

Managing Director

Mr. Moa Ao joined HFC as the Managing Director in April 2024. Prior to this role, he served as the Assistant Director at CLC Dimapur, Nagaland. As a trustee member actively involved in TLA Ministries since its inception, Mr. Ao has demonstrated a strong commitment to service-oriented initiatives and community development. With his extensive experience and unwavering dedication to uplifting communities, we are confident that Mr. Ao’s leadership will steer HFC toward new levels of success and positive impact.

Mr. Kadalung Panmei

Accountant

Kadalung holds a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Finance from NEF College of Management affiliated with Dibrugarh University. Before joining HFC, he gained practical experience through internships with IDBI Federal Life Insurance Company and Kent RO Private Ltd, demonstrating a hands-on understanding of the corporate sector.
In 2019, Kadalung joined HFC as a Project Coordinator. Despite his initial role, his passion for finance prompted a transition to the position of Accountant within the organization. Since taking on the role of Accountant, Kadalung has proven himself by shouldering responsibilities effectively and making a positive impact on the organization

Mr. Sd. Molungam

Accounts Assistant

Molungam joined HFC in August 2024, bringing with him a vibrant energy and a passion for learning. Having recently completed his graduation, he is eager to apply his newly acquired skills to contribute meaningfully to the organization. With a desire to grow and make an impact, Molungam is looking forward to helping HFC in various capacities to support its goals.

Ms. Chayanika D G Momin

Communication Research Officer cum Administrator

Chayanika has accomplished a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Development Associates International, affiliated with Martin Luther Christian University in Shillong, Meghalaya. Having dedicated nearly a decade to women's development and rural work in Northeast India, Chayanika has actively engaged in initiatives aimed at empowering women and addressing rural challenges. Apart from her professional endeavors, Chayanika harbors a passion for writing stories.

Mr. Ajay Sarki

Community Development Worker, Guwahati

Ajay has been a dedicated volunteer with HFC for an extended period, actively participating in the installation of Bio-sand filters across various locations in Guwahati. Recognizing his enthusiasm and commitment to reaching out to the most economically challenged communities, particularly in the Noonmati area of Guwahati, Ajay was officially incorporated into the HFC team as staff in April 2021.
In his role, Ajay is focused on advancing the goals and objectives of HFC, specifically within the Guwahati city area, with a special emphasis on Six Mile and Noonmati. His hands-on experience and his passion for community outreach make him a valuable asset.
Ajay's transition from a volunteer to a staff member and his ongoing efforts contribute significantly to the organization's mission of making a meaningful difference in the lives of the underprivileged communities in Guwahati.

Mrs. Ritumoni Dutta

Instructor, HFC Tailoring Centre

Leveraging her extensive expertise as a USHA student and drawing from three years of hands-on experience as a Production and Training Manager at Swahlee Textile, Ritumoni made a significant transition by joining the HFC Tailoring Centre in July 2022.
Ritumoni's role at HFC is particularly impactful, as she engages with drop-out girls and marginalized women from economically disadvantaged backgrounds in Guwahati. Many of these individuals have never been exposed to a tailoring machine or sewing before. However, with Ritumoni's guidance, characterized by qualities such as sincerity, punctuality, and patience, she is dedicated to imparting tailoring skills to the beneficiaries.
