Kadalung has a post graduate degree in Marketing and Finance from NEF College of Management under Dibrugarh University. Prior to joining HFC, he has successfully completed his internship in IDBI Federal Life Insurance Company and Kent RO Private Ltd. He joined HFC as Project Coordinator but his passion towards finance led him to be the Accountant.

Ms. Chayanika D G Momin

Communication Research Officer cum Administrator

Chayanika has completed her Masters in Organizational Leadership from Development Associates International affiliated under Martin Luther Christian University, Shillong, Meghalaya. She was involved in women development and rural work for nearly 10 years in Northeast India. She is passionate about writing stories.

Miss Sudipta Sangma

Tailoring Instructor, HFC Tailoring Centre

Sudipta comes with a vast knowledge in her work area being a NEIFT student and three years’ working experience as Vocational Skill Training Coordinator in different organizations. Graced with sincerity, punctuality and patience, Sudipta works with the drop-out girls and women from economically poor background based in Guwahati who never touched a tailoring machine or sewed. She grooms these beneficiaries to look beyond their present situation by giving them the new skill.

Mr. Ajay Sarki

Community Development Worker, Guwahati

Ajay has been voluntarily involved with HFC for a long time in installing Bio-sand filters in different areas in Guwahati. Seeing his zeal to reach out to the poorest community inNoonmati area of Guwahati, he has been added to the team as staff from April 2021. He is working for the fulfilment of the goals and objectives of HFC in the field of Guwahati city (especially Six Mile and Noonmati area).
